Your tasks
- Warehouse Management & Stock Accuracy: Oversee all warehouses, layouts, stock accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory audits, and corrective actions for stock variances.
- Materials Management & Traceability: Monitor inventory throughout the entire supply chain, ensure batch/lot traceability and FIFO compliance, and manage slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete (SLOB) stock.
- Receiving, Shipping & System Control: Verify incoming shipments and documentation, ensure accurate inventory transactions, and control stock transfers, scrap, and deliveries.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure material availability, accurate stock reconciliation, and reliable inventory valuation.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare management KPIs covering stock accuracy, inventory turnover, scrap value, and Days on Hand (DOH).
- Warehouse Team Management: Manage warehouse personnel, training, workforce allocation, overtime, vacations, and attendance permissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related Field
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in stock control, warehouse management—preferably within an industrial manufacturing or automotive assembly environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production floor environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Usage
