Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate

As a Talent Management Associate in our People and Culture team, your main goal is to attract, engage and develop talent who can contribute to Bobobox's success. We are open to candidates at mid or senior level; the role's scope and level of ownership will be matched to your experience, and senior hires will also coach junior associates.

What you will do:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives across our branches and HQ.
• Develop and own learning and development programmes.
• Drive company culture and values initiatives.
• Drive employer branding initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
• Build productive, professional and empathetic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and guide junior associates in their day-to-day tasks and professional growth (senior level).

You will fit in this job if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology.
• Have at least 4 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar HR role, ideally in a startup; HR generalist experience is a plus.
• Have in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and understand end-to-end HR processes.
• Can quickly learn and understand Bobobox's core business processes.
• Are a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a strong sense of ownership, discipline and good time management.
• Work well both in a team and independently with minimal supervision, and perform well under pressure.
• Have good interpersonal communication skills.
