Housekeeping Staff (Bali)

What we're looking for

• Prior experience as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or in a similar role within villas, resorts, hotels, hospitality, or property management
• Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, room preparation, linen handling, and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills will be an advantage

What you'll be doing

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and public spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Prepare villas for guest arrivals and ensure all rooms are fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and guest amenities
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room supplies as needed
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate team promptly
• Handle and organize housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment properly to maintain inventory and cleanliness standards
• Respond to guest housekeeping requests promptly and professionally
• Follow daily cleaning schedules, operational procedures, and company hygiene standards
• Assist with laundry, linen organization, and other housekeeping-related duties as assigned
