Engineer (Project Management | ETL | Data Analytics | Public Sector)

What we are looking for We are seeking for adedicated Project Manager, that would play the role of Project ManagementOffice (PMO) / System Management Office (SMO), to assist Project Manager(PM)/System Managers (SM) on the implementation and maintenance support of data& AI platform Full-Scale Development (FSD). What you will do Oversee  data pipelines and ETL processes and workflows using the Data Analytics platform to ensure existing data management processes  are maintained by the vendor. Collaborate with vendors to  enhance Data Architecture to optimize performance and scalability. Analyze data quality, identify issues, and  work with vendors to  implement data quality tools and frameworks across enterprise systems and the data platform. Manage Day 2 support delivery, including overseeing vendor performance in system administration, compliance, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with IT system policies. Implement enhancements to the Data Analytics Platform  by coordinating between business stakeholders and the outsourced delivery team. Collaborate with data scientists, application development teams, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements  into specifications for vendor delivery. Stay current with emerging data engineering tools and trends to  recommend infrastructure improvements to the service provider. You must have: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT certification, or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of project management experience (including minimum 1 year within a defence sector), with at least 2 years in system analysis/design, and 1 year in IT service delivery; PMP or CITPM preferred Strong system analysis and design skills; proactive and meticulous; good planning and project management capabilities; strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
