- Responsible for the processing of clients payroll - encoding of DTR’s, posting of deductions and printing of proof list.
- Responsible for the printing of all pertinent payroll reports - payroll checklist, payroll register, management report, department summary, bank summary, vouchers payroll summary, SPPT, and check payroll.
- Prepare check request for check voucher preparation and uploading of payroll for ATM and cheque.
- Prepare employees payroll summary for clearance or final pay.
