Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and optimize production processes, ensure efficient operations, improve productivity, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with production teams to achieve operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field).

3–7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities: Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.

Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement when necessary.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Investigate production issues and recommend effective solutions.
