Senior Angular Developer

Join a technology team working on a platform that supports the management and integration of biosample-related data used across clinical and non-clinical research. As an Angular Developer, you will contribute to modern web applications, focusing on intuitive user experiences and building reliable, scalable frontend solutions. The project combines modern web technologies, backend services and data engineering to deliver reliable, high-quality data and support efficient data flows, search and analytics. You will work in a collaborative environment where technology, data and life sciences come together to support Roche’s research and business processes.

Daily tasks

• Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using Angular
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners
• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
• Mentor junior developers and support code reviews
• Continuously improve development processes and standards

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend development

Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions preferred)

Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

Understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Strong problem-solving and communication skills Availability and commitment to join the project on a long-term basis, with an expected availability of at least 12 months
