Start: October 2026 - 6 months fixed-term
Tasks
- You will help develop and implement group-wide cultural and change initiatives
- You will assist in creating management presentations, communication materials, and recommendations for action
- You will assist in the design, preparation, and execution of workshops, cultural events, and exchange formats
- You will work on the following key topics: decision-making; psychological safety; and resilience
- You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data and derive recommendations for action
- You will collaborate with various business units and international stakeholders within the Lufthansa Group
- You will analyze and visualize cultural key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure cultural developments and change initiatives
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship
- You are interested in corporate culture, change management, organizational development, and leadership
- You have analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data
- You work in a structured and independent manner
- You excel in communication and teamwork
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are very proficient in using MS Office programs
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
