Sales Coordinator (Sealing solution)

Salary: $3800-$4600 Location: Woodlands Industry: Sealing Solution Manufacturing With AWS & Bonus

Job Description

Preparation of Quotations and Managing orders from distributors/customers, EPC projects for Asean countries.

Acts as inside contact and liaison for internal and external customers to clarify questionable items on quotations and orders.

Works with company affiliates on enquiries, technical and orders management.

Ensuring all information from quotation to work process to be entered correctly into ERP system

Utilizes various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities on continuous customer service effectiveness.

Provide technical product solutions to customer enquiries

Handle export shipments and documentation.

Other related duties as may be required from time to time

Requirements

• University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any Engineering field is added advantage

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or front customer roles with Quotations/costing experience and order management.
