Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company based in the Nuremberg area. With deep expertise in automation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, the company develops practical AI solutions for demanding enterprise clients and supports them from strategy to implementation.
To strengthen the consulting and commercial team, we are looking for a driven and client-facing personality as Senior Manager Consulting AI (m/f/d). In this role, you will lead high-impact AI and automation projects, work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to client development, proposal preparation and consulting delivery.
Your responsibilities as Senior Manager Consulting AI (m/f/d)
Consulting & Delivery Leadership: Lead complex AI and automation projects from initial concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and tangible business outcomes for clients
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted interface for senior client stakeholders, understand business needs and translate them into clear solution approaches
Commercial Development: Support account growth by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, RFPs and business cases, and contributing to new project opportunities, upselling and follow-on business
Solution Design & AI Strategy: Develop digital and AI-driven solution concepts, roadmaps and business cases that improve performance, reduce costs and create measurable user value
Project Team Coordination: Provide functional leadership to multidisciplinary project teams of consultants, developers and architects, depending on project scope and complexity
Workshops & Trainings: Design and facilitate client workshops, training sessions and decision-making formats around automation, AI use cases and transformation topics
Frameworks & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the further development of delivery frameworks, governance structures, execution playbooks and consulting standards
Your Profile
Consulting Experience: Several years of experience in consulting, ideally in IT, process, digital transformation, automation or AI-related environments
Educational Background: Degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification
Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of client development, proposal preparation and the commercial side of consulting projects
Project Leadership: Experience in leading complex projects or providing functional leadership to project teams; confident in agile ways of working and structured delivery formats
AI & Digital Expertise: Good understanding of digital solutions, automation and AI use cases; experience with AI concepts, frameworks or implementation projects is a strong plus
Stakeholder Communication: Confident communication with senior decision-makers, strong presentation skills and the ability to structure complex topics clearly
Analytical & Structured Thinking: Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, identify pain points and translate them into actionable business cases
Personality & Drive: Curious, fast-learning and proactive personality with ownership, resilience and the ambition to create real business impact
Language Skills: Fluent German and fluent English skills for client work, internal collaboration and international project environments
