Sales Manager (5-5.5 days, Jurong East, Automotive Service Company)

Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: $2,500 - $3,800 (Based on Experience)

Location: Jurong East

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: Half-day
• Monthly Rest Days: 7.5

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Promote commercial vehicle insurance, motor insurance, and financing solutions
• Visit clients, present solutions, and build long-term partnerships
• Prepare quotations, negotiate proposals, and close sales opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on customer enquiries

Requirements:

• Degree or higher qualification in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar banking role
• Able to communicate fluently in English for client presentations and business negotiations
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
