Role Summary and Impact The Executive, AP Accountant is responsible for handling day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all expenses, vendor payments, and employee claims. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline while supporting internal stakeholders and external partners across media and operational activities.
Accounts Payable & Expense Management
Check, verify, and post all non-media expenses in compliance with company policies.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents before posting
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes
Employee Claims & Advances
Review and approve staff claims in the E-Suite system in a timely manner
Monitor and follow up on employee advances to ensure proper settlement
Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax regulations
Media & Vendor Operations
Process and post TV media transactions (MS) accurately
Check and confirm bookings and M2 invoices for GPS, PDOOH, and GOAT channels
Coordinate with vendors to validate billing details and discrepancies
Prepare and process payment requests for media vendors
Stamp, formalize, and send booking confirmation letters to vendors
System & Master Data Management
Create and maintain Client / Brand / Product / Group codes in Adept and M2 systems
Ensure accuracy and consistency of master data across systems
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit PIT-related reports (OIT – Expat & CEO) to HR team
Support quarterly reporting requirements for CFO/CEO (data recording & submission templates)
Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and company policies
Skills and experience:
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
Experience in media/agency environment is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Adept, M2, or similar tools) is an advantage
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Other Requirements
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and compliance mindset
Proactive, collaborative, and able to work with cross-functional team
