Manager Insights & Analytics (Manager Media Research)
We are currently looking for a Manager Research to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of internal stakeholder, solve their problem by using data and also need to be highly analytical and able to translate data into business insights.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
Have an understanding of the requirements and portfolio of clients.
You will be working with data tools to provide strategic solutions.
In six months:
You will have an in-depth technical knowledge of data and analytics tools and models. It will help to add value in meeting business goals.
Good communication with internal stakeholders.
In 12 months:
You will have started working on core KPIs.
You will have started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the current pipeline.
What your day job looks like at WPP Media:
Manage and plan all reporting according to project goals. (client and regional reports).
Assess and report project status and risks to Research Director with recommended solutions and action plans.
Provide oversight and guidance to Research team members and keep a track on their KPIs.
Responsible for all data audits and processes are carried out smoothly.
Identify, analyse, and interpret media trends or patterns.
Ability to design and develop dashboards for client’s reporting
Providing day-to-day solutions to internal/external stakeholders.
Accountable for assuring data accuracy.
What you’ll bring:
Must be skillful in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Analyze data and develop insightful results or “story” that addresses business objective in a clear and concise, visually appealing format.
Experience in handling consumer insights tools.
Proficient in using Kantar Ratings Software.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, especially with cross-disciplinary efforts.
Proven ability to take initiative, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple streams of work.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in high pressure situations.
Minimum qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in media/marketing research and analytics.
