To expand our production site for car glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story through their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  1. Treasury Management [~50% of Work Time]
  • Execute and ensure accuracy of weekly payment runs in collaboration with Accounts Payable
  • Manage cash positions, support weekly cash flow forecasts, and handle special or standing payment requests
  • Support month-end closing activities including bank reconciliations, cash pool and FX evaluations, and interest bookings
  • Administer banking access, corporate credit cards, insurances, and ensure compliance with internal regulations
  1. Accounting Generalist [~50% of Work Time]
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset ledger, process acquisitions and disposals, and perform monthly depreciation runs and reconciliations
  • Prepare and reconcile periodic VAT returns, review invoices for VAT compliance, and support tax audits
  • Assist with the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns and related documentation
  • Support Accounts Payable when needed and contribute to accounting projects improving systems and processes

This is what you bring to us:

  • Fluent in English; French and German are considered an asset
  • Degree or relevant experience in Accounting with 3–5 years of professional background
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting principles, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced user of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with flexibility, autonomy, and strong communication skills
  • High integrity, adherence to internal controls, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
