We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join our team of talented property professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our community. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors — handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner, including greeting residents and prospects as they enter/exit the building
Manage community amenities and activities, prepare amenities/facilities as needed
Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
Process incoming mail, outgoing packages, and coordinate deliveries
Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and report any safety concerns
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other administrative tasks
Assist with CRM queue, tracking resident requests in Yardi and maintain logs
Ensure accurate inventory of supplies is maintained and reordered as needed
Verify work orders and ensure vendors comply with building policies
Notify residents of work orders and scheduled maintenance visits when necessary
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to fulfill resident requests
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Prior customer service experience required
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
