The challenge

WirelessCar is continuously looking for experienced Scrum Masters with knowledge of the SAFe framework, since that is our Way of Working. We truly believe that a strong self-governed team is the success factor for agile development and the scrum master is an important role contributing to make that happen. Today we have persons who work 100% as a scrum masters and also persons that combines the scrum master role with other responsibilities and roles in the team.

Your key responsibilities

You will be Scrum master for 1-2 teams in one of our customer programs. As a scrum master you enjoy being a servant leader and coach for the team. Help to maintain the Product Backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so the team can continuously make progress Support and enforces the agreed way of working in the team Facilitate all team meetings Help the team to avoid or remove impediments to its progress Protect the team from uncontrolled inflow of work Give feedback to team members Support the Product Owner Cooperate with other team’s scrum masters Communicate with management and other stakeholders You will also be an agile coach in the organization and continuously improve our Way of Working.
