Role mission & context The Group Managers at WirelessCar are responsible for reaching defined targets by supporting the development of the employees and creating an inspiring climate. You will manage a group located in Sweden. Group members, employees and consultants will do their daily work in one of the Customer Programs.
Key responsibilities Ensure that the right competence and resource availability exists for the Customer programs Responsible for KPI’s and other performance targets in own area Member of Delivery Management Team Recruitment of new employees Set up and follow objectives Coach and evaluate performance of employees to help them reach their objectives Ensure that employees have supportive environments in which to perform their work Initiate and encourage development for the employees Salary and recognition within company guidelines Communication of information to employees Co-ordinate activities with other parts of the organization and external partners
