Secretary (Investment Banking Department)

• Take care of all of Investment Banking department administrative needs.
• Provide admin supports to Managing Director.
• Perform other clerical duties: update files, reports…
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum one year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Strong organizational and time management. Attention to detail.
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Good knowledge of using MS office applications (Word, Ecxel, Powerpoint).
• Careful and accurate, well organized, sociable and approachable.
