IT Network Support Engineer

Work Location- Kallang Responsibilities The scope for the IT Network Support Engineer resource is to support the daily network operations and support including but not limited to: Coordinating and handling network incidents and maintenance support (including HQ and remote office operations). Processing firewall change requests. Reviewing and housekeeping the VPN and firewall rules. Coordinating with third parties (e.g. Telcos, Contractors) on site-survey, installations, and RMAs. Installing and configuring network equipment. Coordinating with vendor for LAN rooms cleaning. Coordinating with vendor for Ad-Hoc Network Cablings. Supporting the network and infrastructure projects. Requirements At least 3 years’ experience in Network Infrastructure Operations/Projects Relevant Certifications
