About The Role
We’re hiring a Strategic SDR – AI & Outbound to help design and operate UXCam’s modern outbound engine. This is not a standard SDR execution role. You won’t just run sequences built by others — you’ll help shape how outbound works at UXCam. You’ll approach outbound as a problem to solve: Identifying and refining ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
Designing outbound experiments (hypothesis → test → learn → iterate)
Using AI to research, prioritise, personalise, and scale outreach
Turning ambiguity into repeatable, revenue-generating systems
Success in this role means consistently generating high-quality meetings that convert to real pipeline and revenue , not vanity volume.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own outbound prospecting for a defined territory or segment
Design, run, and iterate on outbound experiments (messaging, channels, ICPs)
Actively use AI tools to: Research accounts and decision-makers
Personalise outreach at scale
Prioritise where to focus your time
Get on the phone regularly and confidently
Analyse performance to understand why something works, not just what works
Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to turn learnings into repeatable playbooks
Contribute to building UXCam’s outbound motion — not just executing tasks
Build strong product and industry knowledge in mobile analytics and stay up to date on relevant trends
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and others for research
What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role
Must-haves Strong hunter mentality — you enjoy outbound and cold calling
Experience with outbound prospecting in a SaaS or tech environment
Comfort owning a number and working a territory
A builder mindset — curiosity, experimentation, and problem-solving
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-haves Experience designing or improving outbound motions (not just running playbooks)
Hands-on experience using AI tools for prospecting, research, or automation
Experience selling complex software or technical products
Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
This role is not a fit if you are: Inbound-only or uncomfortable with cold calling
Looking for a purely task-based SDR role
Someone who prefers running proven playbooks without questioning or improving them
