3-5 years working experience from infrastructure and user support, in a Windows
environment
Knowledge of Cisco switch configurations
Knowledge of Active directory and Office365
Knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, backup technologies

facing skills to provide internal customers with support on their IT infrastructure
requirements. You will also be involved in the setup and maintenance of company-wide IT
infrastructure solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a System Administrator with a wide range of experience, to
join one of the biggest players in the employer branding space.
Main responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize the local IT infrastructure, such as systems management tools,
NAC, Office365, AD and the physical office environment
Support internal customers with their IT issues via email and phone. Customers are
mainly based in Sweden, but Universum has worldwide satellite offices that will look
to you for support as well
Manage the Universum equipment and software needs
