What we’re looking for We're looking for a highly driven Electronics Engineer to own the electronics platform at the heart of every UAV Twentyfour develops. In this role, you won't just design circuit boards in isolation, you'll see hardware through the full lifecycle, from schematic through layout, validation, and testing, all the way to flying products. This is a broad ownership role where you'll work closely with software, embedded, flight controls, and production teams to get products into the air as fast as possible, with plenty of room to grow into technical leadership as we scale. The day-to-day Hardware ownership: take boards from schematic through layout, validation, testing, and into flying hardware, end-to-end High-speed design: design high-speed digital electronics where signal integrity, timing, power distribution, and EMC directly affect reliability Validation and test: build and improve validation processes and test infrastructure to prove designs work and are flight-ready Size, weight and power: optimize designs within tight mechanical, thermal, and power constraints, where every gram and watt matters Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with embedded, mechanical, and flight test engineers across the full product lifecycle Lab infrastructure: improve how electronics are characterized, tested, and signed off, not just use existing processes You should apply if you Technical depth: you have hands-on experience designing high-speed digital hardware Track record: you've owned hardware from concept through validation, not handed it off between teams Test experience: you've built or improved electronics test infrastructure and lab equipment Constraint-driven design: you've worked on products where size, weight, and power were critical, ideally in aerospace, robotics, or similar Working style: you're hands-on, enjoy debugging in the lab, and thrive taking ownership without heavy process Education: you hold a degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience that speaks louder than the diploma Nice to haves Startup pace: experience thriving in a fast-moving startup environment with quick decisions and evolving priorities Ambiguity comfort: you're comfortable building processes and solving problems where the answer isn't already defined Product mindset: you're motivated by building new products rather than maintaining existing ones What we offer Real impact & ownership:  Shape high-tech  defense  systems and take responsibility from day one. Mission-driven environment:  Work on technologies that matter for European security and sovereignty. Competitive package:  Competitive salary, EGYM  Wellpass , corporate benefits, and equity options aligned with role and level. Deep tech environment:  Get hands-on experience with  cutting-edge  drone technology and real operational use cases. Grow fast:  Steep learning curve for juniors, strategic  influence  and leadership opportunities for seniors.   Startup mindset meets  defence  innovation:  flat hierarchies, fast decisions, and space for your ideas. Flexibility:  Flexible hours, remote options, and relocation support. Strong team :  International, driven colleagues and a culture built on exchange, trust, and shared success.
