Responsibilities
Own and grow key accounts across the Nordics and Northern Europe, building long-term partnerships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and energy investors in the utility-scale solar sector .
Lead complex commercial negotiations for module, mounting structure, and BESS supply agreements, including framework contracts with Tier 1 partners.
Manage the full commercial lifecycle of projects—from early-stage opportunity development and forecasting through contract execution, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
Act as the primary commercial contact for customers , ensuring smooth coordination across pricing, logistics, contracts, and after-sales topics with internal teams.
Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in Salesforce, delivering accurate forecasts, account plans, and performance reporting.
Represent the company in the market , engaging with key stakeholders at industry events and staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers , leveraging market knowledge to position competitive solutions and win strategic projects.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company.
Experience with investors , utilities, a nd EPCs in the solar sector is an advantage.
Experience with CRM and/or Salesforce.
Experience with document review/contract review tools in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams .

Born to travel and meet clients face-to-face.
Person to be based in North Germany or Denmark
Fluent English, any further European language skills is a plus
