Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
Qualify leads to understand their business needs and determine fit.
Provide product/service presentations tailored to each client's unique needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide feedback to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and product improvements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or BPO industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle objections professionally and with confidence.
