About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced IT Security Engineer to join our IT team and help secure our modern, cloud-first enterprise environment.
In this role, you'll take ownership of key security technologies, strengthen our overall security posture, improve and automate security operations, and collaborate closely with IT, R&D, DevOps, and business teams to enable secure business growth.
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership across endpoint, identity, network, SaaS, email, and AI security, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization's security strategy and day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
Own and continuously improve the organization's security infrastructure.
Manage and optimize enterprise security platforms, including:
Email Security
XDR platforms
CASB/SASE solutions
Google Workspace Security
Firewalls and network security
Design and maintain Zero Trust access policies.
Lead vulnerability management and remediation programs.
Investigate and respond to security incidents.
Perform SaaS security reviews and vendor security assessments.
Secure enterprise AI platforms and establish AI governance practices.
Build security automations and workflows.
Partner with IT, R&D, and DevOps teams to integrate security into operational processes.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new security technologies.
What you’ll need:
5+ years of experience in Enterprise Security or Security Engineering.
Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms.
Strong experience with CASB/SASE solutions.
Experience securing SaaS environments.
Experience with MDM platforms.
Experience managing and securing Google Workspace environments.
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Routing, Firewalls).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
