Togetherhood is Coming to Boston! We’ve built an incredible network of over 400 teachers, coaches, and instructors in New York, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Now Togetherhood is coming to Boston -- we're already partnering with schools and running classes, and we need amazing teachers and assistants to support them!  About Togetherhood At Togetherhood, we’re building something special: a vibrant marketplace where passionate educators meet schools and communities hungry for enrichment. Whether it’s arts & crafts, skateboarding, breakdancing, or STEM through the lens of Harry Potter, we match talented instructors with opportunities to share their skills and spark joy in the next generation — and we match assistants to help those instructors to make those classes truly great. What You'll Do You will be matched with opportunities to be a classroom assistant for 1-2 hour shifts at schools, buildings and communities across Boston. These classroom assisting opportunities will be for terms that could last anywhere from 6 weeks to 18 weeks. In this role, you'll have the following responsibilities:

Assist the primary classroom instructor in facilitating a great class

Consistently arrive at your class on time (or early!)

Create memorable experiences for the children in your classrooms

Who You Are Able to create positive class community and build relationships with students

Has excitement, joy and passion for teaching kids and personal development/learning

Cooperative, supportive, flexible

Has a strong work ethic and do whatever it takes mind set

At least two references
