Assistant Restaurant Manager

Thruki Dulansa Limited, t/a Gihans at the Wallis Arms, The Wallis Arms, The Square, Millstreet, Cork, P51 D25W require a Assistant Restaurant Manager for a busy Hotel Restaurant.

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations. Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.

Other requirements include:

• Similar experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene. Relevant culinary qualifications desirable.

Salary: €36,650 per annum.

Hours: 39 hours per week.

Location: Gihans at the Wallis Arms, The Wallis Arms, The Square, Millstreet, Cork, P51 D25W.
