Job Title: Learning Center Manager (Full-Time, In-Person)

Working Structure

Working Hours: 35–40 hours/week

Working Weeks: 48 weeks/yea r (4 scheduled weeks off)

Base Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour

Estimated Yearly Compensation: $61,000–$100,000/year (based on hours worked + performance/commission, where applicable)

Scheduled Weeks Off (Center Shutdown)

Week 1 Off: July 4th week

Week 2 Off: Thanksgiving week

Week 3 Off: Christmas week

Week 4 Off: New Year week

About the Role

We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner—with full support from headquarters—and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, earning families’ trust, and building the future of the Think Zone brand.

What You’ll Do

Center Ownership & Operations

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom execution and scheduling

Build strong, trusted relationships with families and maintain high customer satisfaction

Monitor student learning progress and track parent/student feedback

Growth & Marketing

Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships

Convert trial students into long-term enrollments

Partner with our Growth Team to achieve center targets

Team Leadership

Recruit and train tutors with HQ support

Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture

Maintain teaching/service quality through coaching, feedback, and accountability

System Contribution

Help pilot new systems, share feedback, and support process improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams (training, curriculum, marketing, operations)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work

Strong communication skills

Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)
