As a QA Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management System while supporting daily operational quality activities. You will act as a trusted quality partner across the organization, helping ensure compliance, driving improvements, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the business. What will you do? As QA Officer, you will be responsible for a broad range of operational quality activities, including: Coordinating and leading operational quality meetings, including topics such as CAPA, product holds, and quality planning. Investigating and following up on non-conformities, complaints, and other quality-related events. Collaborating closely with internal departments and external manufacturing partners to resolve quality issues. Supporting and participating in both internal and external audits. Executing product release activities in accordance with established procedures. Monitoring bioburden and pyrogen testing activities. Managing and archiving quality documentation, including batch records and quality files. Serving as the subject matter expert for quality-related processes within the ERP system. Writing, reviewing, and maintaining quality procedures, work instructions, and other QMS documentation. Acting as a quality ambassador by promoting awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. What do you bring? To be successful in this role, you have: A relevant technical education at MBO/MBO+ level. At least 2 years of experience in a quality-related position within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or food industry. Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills. The ability to balance pragmatism, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Medical Device Regulations (preferred). Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
