Job Description & Requirements 5 days (Mon - Fri) 10am - 6pm  Tiong Bahru $ 2500 - $ 3000 Responsibilities: Deliver a personalized and premium customer experience through proactive engagement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels. Plan and execute customer appreciation and engagement initiatives. Support and manage customer loyalty and ambassador programs. Utilize AI and automation tools  to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Coordinate customer engagement activities across global markets. Requirements: Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to enhance productivity. Training provided, while relevant customer service, marketing, or customer experience background would be an advantage.
