About the position:  Technical Account Managers manage the day-to-day performance of Talroo’s customers while striving to maximize ROI and lifetime customer value. You will be the authority on data, optimization, and support establishing your customers as raving fans of Talroo. Learn and sharpen your SQL skills and diagnose integration issues using products like Postman. You will help onboard some of the nation’s top companies working in partnership with Account Executives, Account Managers and fellow sales engineers to present a cohesive, team-oriented approach to customers. We are looking to hire someone who has a competitive spirit who strives to be a top performer— an entrepreneurial self-starter who requires minimal supervision with excellent communication skills and high curiosity. You are motivated to find solutions to challenges as they occur. You have a genuine interest in delivering the right solution, to the right client, every single time. You're eager to learn from failures - not just from successes.    This position is fully in-office, Monday through Friday, from 9:00am-5:30pm. Our office is in northwest Austin, TX (about 9 miles from downtown). Relocation reimbursement is offered for this role if moving from outside the greater Austin, TX area. Compensation for this position will be $100k/year plus commission. Note: Final round of interviews will take place on-site at our Austin, TX headquarters (no virutal option). Depending on location, Talroo will cover flight, hotel, and local transportation/food costs, or will reimburse a mileage fee if within driving distance. As a Technical Account Manager at Talroo, you will:  Accurately onboard clients in the Talroo platform Continually monitor dedicated accounts and make optimizations (bids, budgets, segmentation and overall ROI) to facilitate best performance and consistent improvement, budget fulfillment and overall client retention quarter over quarter   Work cooperatively and in the spirt of Talroo’s values to learn from and share knowledge with coworkers  Become a product expert and influence Talroo’s product roadmap. Provide appropriate product suggestions on a client-by-client basis   Minimize churn by enlisting all available corporate resources to solve problems & drive results  Prepare and conduct regularly scheduled trend and metric reviews with clients   Resolve technical, product and account issues as they occur   Accurately document all relevant activity in Hubspot   What we are looking for in a highly qualified candidate:  Current Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation by Dec 2026) in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
