To strengthen our presence in Taiwan and accelerate growth in the Memory Solutions business, we are looking for a Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager who is passionate about developing new opportunities while growing strategic customer relationships.
Deine Mission
As a Key Account Manager – Memory , you will be responsible for expanding Swissbit’s presence in Taiwan by developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our global sales, product management and engineering teams to position Swissbit’s industrial memory solutions with customers across the embedded and electronics ecosystem.
This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across both commercial and technical organizations.

Drive new business development and identify new customers and market opportunities in Taiwan
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through structured prospecting and market mapping
Manage and expand existing key accounts and build long-term strategic partnerships
Develop customer strategies, account plans and sales forecasts
Lead commercial negotiations and support contract discussions with customers
Coordinate internally with product management, R&D and operations to support customer requirements and work closely with customers’ technical stakeholders
Monitor market developments and competitive activities within the memory and embedded ecosystem
Drive demand creation through technical workshops, seminars, and targeted customer engagements
Represent Swissbit in customer meetings, industry events and technical discussions
Dein Profil
Several years of experience in sales, key account management and/or business development in the semiconductor, memory, or embedded technology industry
Proven track record in developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships
Experience working with industrial customers, OEMs or system integrators
Strong ability to communicate with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
