POSITION SUMMARY
The Office of the Global Head of Human Capital (CHRO) at KKR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented graduate student or junior or senior undergraduate for an internship starting in the fall of 2026. The internship will be based in Boston, MA or New York, NY and will be in-person and part-time, aligned with the candidate’s academic schedule. Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time schedule when available. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate who is interested in pursuing a career path at the intersection of Human Resources, Data Science, and Organizational Strategy.
The Intern will support a portfolio of initiatives critical to KKR’s ongoing technology-led transformation within the Human Capital function. This is a hands-on role that provides direct exposure to senior leadership, including the CHRO and Human Capital Chief of Staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Execution: Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects across Human Capital. Manage follow-ups and ensure deliverables are met. Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with precision and attention to detail
Data, Analytics & Reporting: Prepare high-quality materials and reporting for senior audiences, including executive updates and project summaries
Relationship Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to support execution of key Human Capital programs, technology enhancements, and change management efforts
Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal processes, manage department workflows, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across Human Capital teams
Culture: Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team culture, bringing curiosity and initiative to every project
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student graduating with their degree in December 2026, June 2027, or December 2027
Excellent academic record majoring in Humanities, Economics, Data Science, I/O Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
Involvement in an on-campus student organization that focuses on consulting at either the school or national chapter level
Interest in Human Resources, business transformation, operational excellence, and technology-driven change
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Mastery in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with large data sets
Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage with individuals across all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Experience presenting to or supporting senior stakeholders is helpful but not required
Ability to work with highly confidential information and maintain discretion

SALARY RANGE
It is expected that the compensation for this New York City or Boston-based position will be $35/hour.
