Job Responsibilities
Training Activity Support – Organise and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events.
Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with instructors to manage their requests and requirements.
Content & Translation – Work with local colleagues to verify course content and assist with script translation.
LMS Administration – Set up courses in our Learning Management System (LMS), maintain training guidelines, and follow up on course status.
Reporting – Generate training reports as requested.
System Operations – Become familiar with internal systems and ensure smooth daily operations.
AI & Video Production – Use AI tools and video creation/editing skills to speed up course implementation and enhance learning materials.
Job Requirements
Prior exposure to L&D, training coordination, or HR support is an advantage.
Comfortable with system operations; proficient or eager to learn AI tools and video making (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Synthesia, or similar).
English: business fluent (written and oral).
