About the team We are a team of the Procurement Department which is responsible for all procurement activities of "Stark-defence" LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY — one of the most technological producers of UAVs in the EU. Our work focuses on making best choices to fulfill production and R&D needs of our company  in time.

Your mission We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist — team player with good communication skills who will become part of our Operational department.

Responsibilities Procurement tasks for manager within the Ukraine and Europe; Communication with the suppliers; Communication within the company with the inner consumers; Research for best prices and solutions for inner consumers; Ordering for raw materials and mechanisms for production and R&D; Control of orders arrival to the warehouse; Cooperation with quality department in situations of “unsatisfied quality”; Filling of control of documents arrival.

Qualifications High education – economics will be an advantage; Good communication skills; Work experience in the same role previously not less than 1 year; Basic Understanding of logistics and post services; Experience in usage of Microsoft 365;  English level – intermediate at least;  Ability to work with a couple of tasks at the same time; Ability to work with stressful tasks; Experience with orders for microelectronics or electric equipment; Experience with ERP Systems.

Nice to have Experience with ERP System NetSuite.
