Job Scope: Assist in cost estimation, future tender exercises, and the preparation and administration of tender documents, including costing summaries and price comparisons.

Prepare and analyze cost comparisons alongside the Senior QS, and source quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.

Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Manage measurements, progress payment claims, variation orders (VOs), final accounts, and sub-contractor payments while certifying progress work.

Handle contract administration for variations across both main and subcontract works while maintaining a meticulous and analytical approach to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
