Assistant Principal Engineer

Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance and operation of hotel facilities. Respond promptly to breakdowns and guest requests. Ensure work is completed safely and to required standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Assist with renovation, upgrading, projects, and equipment installation. Maintain proper engineering records, maintenance schedules, and statutory documentation. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of working experience Willing to work long hours Able to work independently
