The role

We are seeking a passionate Host/Hostess to join our F&B team.

As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

Main Duties

Welcoming guests to the venue

Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists

Managing reservations through OpenTable

Provide menus and deliver water and drinks, if needed

Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options

Responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the House restaurants

Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the members and guests needs

Perform tasks to support the waiters and other staff members

Greet customers upon their departure

Requirements Skills

Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction.

You have to be reliable, flexible, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success

Fluent in English

Only those Hosts/Hostesses who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.

Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.

Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.

Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50 pounds.

Must be able to kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required.
