Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout. About the Role We're looking for a Senior /Product Manager to drive some of the most important user experiences in ShopBack's in-store journey — especially how users discover deals, engage with offers, and move through checkout in ways that feel relevant, intuitive, and rewarding. Your mission is to shape a best-in-class deal discovery, checkout and post-checkout experience, helping users find the right offers at the right time, return more often, and add value to both users and the merchants at which they shop. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, data, commercial, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape and execute a product roadmap across discovery and checkout surfaces, learning from both users and merchants throughout to make sure we are solving the right problems and opportunities at the right time.  This role calls for strong product judgment, an experimentation mindset, and clear communication. Your Adventure Ahead Deal Discovery & Engagement : Own and shape the strategy and execution for how users discover in-store offers – focusing on relevance, repeat engagement, and the product mechanics that help users keep coming back. Checkout Experience : Improve and optimise the end-to-end checkout journey with a focus on usability, clarity, and conversion — while identifying opportunities for thoughtful upsell and cross-sell within the flow. Experimentation & Optimisation : Build hypotheses, design tests, and evaluate outcomes to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and overall user experience across your product area. Offer Relevance & Merchandising : Develop better ways to match users with the most useful deals, messages, or prompts based on context, intent, and journey stage. In-Store Product Focus : Bring a strong lens to in-store user behaviour and opportunity areas, helping ShopBack strengthen this experience through product improvements and market-informed insights. Commercially-Aware Product Thinking : Balance user value with business impact by identifying product opportunities that improve discovery, increase conversion, and support monetisation outcomes responsibly for the benefit of our merchant partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to turn strategy into execution and deliver high-quality outcomes. Essentials to Succeed Ideally 3 to 8 years of relevant product management experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, e-commerce, offers, payments, or similar spaces. Experience with in-store journeys, offer discovery, checkout optimisation, or ad/message delivery systems is a plus. Strong understanding of how users engage with offer-led or content-rich surfaces, including how to improve repeat usage, relevance, and retention through product changes. Ability to improve transactional or checkout experiences with a sharp eye for friction reduction, decision support, and incremental revenue opportunities such as upsell or cross-sell. Comfortable defining success metrics, running experiments, and using data to evaluate whether product changes are driving the right outcomes. Brings a practical understanding of how product decisions connect to business performance, and can work effectively at the intersection of user needs and commercial goals. AI fluency, including the ability to define problems, evaluate AI-generated solutions, and shape AI-enabled workflows and product experiences, including agentic AI use cases that automate workflows. Able to navigate ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and move from problem definition to shipped outcomes with speed and focus. Exposure to regional or multi-market environments is valuable.
