Recast is a rapidly growing software company with its solution being used by thousands of enterprise organizations in more than 125 countries, impacting millions of devices and (more importantly) the people who use them.   About the Role:   Recast Software is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to lead, evolve, and optimize our existing Customer Enablement Program to drive both the depth and breadth of product utilization across our customer base. You'll leverage your extensive experience in ConfigMgr/ MECM/ SCCM and Intune to strengthen and scale established enablement initiatives that help our ever-expanding customer base use the Recast product suite to its full potential. Deploying and refining curriculum at scale, you'll reach thousands of users to train and certify them on Recast's product. Your work will be integral for all customers, from getting brand new customers familiar with the tools, to helping our most advanced users expand their utilization of products they've used for years. The ideal candidate has expertise in endpoint management with SCCM/ MECM/ ConfigMan and Intune who loves to share their expertise to help other system administrators do their jobs better. Not only are you a natural teacher who breaks down complex topics, so they are understandable and interesting, you're also a constant and curious learner. You enjoy improving and expanding established programs, using data and feedback to refine content, delivery, and outcomes over time.

What You'll Do: Maintain Recast's Customer Enablement Program; reviewing our enablement strategy, crafting the training content, and executing the Program at scale across our growing customer base

Build and maintain a library of engaging and effective curriculum; identifying the most important topics to educate our customers and actively filling gaps in our enablement offerings

Work with internal Subject Matter Experts to capture and share best practices with our customers

Deploy and utilize an enablement platform (NorthPass now Gainsight Customer Education) to disseminate trainings and courses at scale

Craft and host live webinars

Strive to improve internal and external knowledge bases by investing your learnings back into the enablement program, documentation, and other resources.

Develop a deep understanding of Recast’s products, our customers’ environments, and the systems market at large

Develop a deep understanding of our customers and how we can best serve their enablement needs

Work cross functionally with Customer Success, Support, and Product to prioritize recurring issues for the development team to resolve

What You'll Bring: 3+ years’ experience using ConfigMgr (SCCM), preferably using the Enterprise Right Click Tools

2+ years’ experience using Microsoft Intune

Enthusiasm for helping people, especially your peers, get the most value out of tools and products

Experience crafting content and leading trainings for a technical audience

Exceptional communication, instructional, and presentation skills with strong customer service

Comfortable working in multiple platforms and mediums to most effectively deliver instructional content

Highly accountable and self-motivated, comfortable owning projects from conception to follow-through while handling competing (and sometimes cross-functional) priorities

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

What Stands Out: Experience with customer enablement

Experience working with external customers

Experience in the SaaS industry

Experience using enablement platforms (like Skilljar or Gainsight)

What We Offer:  The salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000.
