The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy production environment. This is a hands-on role involving fine, detailed and fiddly assembly work, so excellent hand-eye coordination, dexterity and attention to detail are essential.

You will be required to work efficiently and at pace while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy, with production targets to achieve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out detailed and intricate assembly work.
  • Handle small components and parts with care and precision.
  • Use excellent hand and finger dexterity throughout the working day.
  • Follow assembly instructions and production processes accurately.
  • Work quickly and efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality and accuracy.
  • Carry out visual quality checks on completed products.
  • Keep your work area clean, tidy and organised.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Work effectively as part of a busy production team.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
