ABOUT THE ROLE The Enterprise Customer Account Manager (CAM) is the primary commercial owner of PointFive's enterprise accounts — owning the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding coordination and activation through renewals, expansion, and overall Net Revenue Retention. This role carries a quarterly-adjusted NRR quota, operates in complex enterprise environments with multi-threaded stakeholders, and reports directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building multi-level relationships across DevOps, FinOps, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders. - Maintain clear account plans with renewal and expansion strategy. - Own all renewals, negotiations, and forecasting. - Identify and close expansion opportunities (new business units, increased usage, new modules). - Navigate pricing, legal, and procurement workflows. - Partner with Solutions Engineering to ensure strong onboarding and time-to-value. - Proactively manage risk and protect revenue, translating technical value into ROI and business outcomes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVE - 5+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic sales. - Managed complex enterprise accounts ($250k+ ARR preferred). - Owned renewals and expansion against a revenue or NRR quota. - Experience with complex procurement cycles. - Strong understanding of DevOps and/or FinOps, and familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure environments. - Able to engage credibly with engineering and finance leaders. - Strong executive communication and enterprise negotiation skills. - Structured account planning and forecasting, with high ownership and accountability.
