We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our Acquisition Team .
Acquisition Team is responsible for building and scaling new client acquisition channels — from partner programs and B2B CRM tools to field sales operations. We work at the intersection of Product, Operations, and Growth, transforming early-stage ideas into scalable, data-driven solutions. This is a high-ownership role where you'll take end-to-end responsibility for a product area, working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Analytics to improve how we attract and onboard new clients.
Challenges that await you:
Own a product area within one of our acquisition channels and drive its development from hypothesis to delivery
Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements, translating them into clear specifications and development tasks
Research user workflows, identify pain points, and propose improvements to product interfaces and business processes
Define product metrics and KPIs, analyze performance, run experiments, and validate hypotheses using data
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams throughout the delivery process
Improve onboarding experiences, increase channel adoption, reduce churn, and optimize acquisition funnels
What makes you a great fit:
1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within a product company
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and transform them into clear business requirements
Experience writing specifications and supporting feature implementation throughout the delivery process
Basic technical background with hands-on experience writing SQL queries and working with analytical data
Ownership mindset with a proactive and structured approach to problem solving
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills:
Spanish at any level
Experience in adjacent roles such as Product Management, Project Management, or System Analysis
Experience working in high-growth product companies, fintech, marketplaces, or similar digital environments
Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and documentation tools

Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances
Our benefits:

Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
Healthcare Coverage
Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
