As our Financial Analyst, you'll partner with (Manager) and the leadership team of our Consumer Services business pillar to provide financial guidance, scenario modeling, and analytical support for key business initiatives and decisions. Who Develops You: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis What You're Great At You communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders. You turn raw data into actionable, insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership. You have a knack for streamlining financial processes and automating reports to improve productivity. You have an impeccable eye for detail, ensuring high-level accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations. What You'll Do Financial Business Partnering Act as the primary finance liaison and strategic partner with our business partners Provide ongoing financial guidance, scenario modeling, and analytical support for key business initiatives, investments, and operational decisions Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to newly acquired businesses, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for our tech and consumer business pillars, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals Implement a budgeting and forecasting tool Reporting and Analysis Prepare and analyze financial reports, focusing on the performance of our business pillars Build and maintain a forecast for core businesses, focusing on spend management and vendor consolidation with key business leaders Create compelling and accurate ad hoc financial analysis and deep dives as requested by business leaders and executive management to address specific strategic questions or operational challenges Support the preparation of materials for investor relations, including compiling relevant financial data and narratives for the consolidated business Assist in the preparation of executive and Board of Directors reporting packages, ensuring the company's financial performance is clearly and accurately presented General Financial Operations Assist the broader Finance team with month-end close procedures, including ensuring accurate accruals and classification of business expenses Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting methodologies, and data integrity within the scope of the business partnership Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies Ideally You'll Have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or public accounting Proven ability to serve as a financial business partner, translating financial data into actionable business insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with financial modeling & forecasting Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements Experience with business systems (e.g., PowerBI, Coupa, NetSuite) is a plus Experience with a financial planning software, implementation experience a plus Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Salary: $75,000 to $100,000/year, depending on experience.
