Trainer (Semicon, Changi)

Our Client is one of the leader in Semicon industry, they are hiring a trainer to train newly hired technician and engineers.

Contract: 12 months Location: Upper Changi Salary up to $3600

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) and coaching to new hires and technicians on safety, quality, workmanship, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify training gaps and develop training plans to accelerate new hire proficiency and time-to-contribution.
• Conduct workmanship, safety, and 6S audits, providing coaching and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with supervisors and line leads to support workforce capability development across manufacturing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Support production activities, product builds, and testing as required.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or a related production environment.
• Strong coaching, training, and people development skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working full-time on the manufacturing floor and in cleanroom environments.

Additional Information

• 100% cleanroom/manufacturing floor-based role.
• Physically active position requiring prolonged standing, walking, lifting, bending, and use of PPE.
