Call Center Agent

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and persuasive Call Center Agent to join our dental clinic team.

Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages

Book and confirm appointments

Follow up with patients

Explain clinic services professionally

Handle inquiries and maintain excellent patient experience

Days off : 2 days Working hours : 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Strong communication skills

Sales/customer service experience preferred

Organized and committed

Good computer and WhatsApp skills

Professional attitude and positive energy
