BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

• $4,000 to $5,500 Basic + Monthly Sales Commission + Transport & Phone claims + Bonus
• Candidate with Sales or Business development experience in Construction industry will have advantage

Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Generate sales leads through business development and networking activities.

Conduct sales presentations and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.

Develop long-term client relationships to support sustainable business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage for engaging with regional clients.

Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach in a collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment. Top of FormBottom of Form

Requirement: At least 2 years of Business Development or Sales experience.

Proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
