Junior IT Support Analyst

For a pharmaceutical partner in the Kempen, we are recruiting a Junior IT Support Analyst (Level 2). He or she will assist the Clearquest Support Desk and support the IT Team in writing/updating/execution of test scripts.
- Assistance to the Clearquest Support Desk – 50% ( Clearquest = Application to do IT Change Management for Applications in Supply Chain Pharma)
- Assistance in upgrade of Clearquest (System Version, Operating System and Database) – 50%
- Support the IT Team in
- Writing/Updating and execution of test scripts
- Documentation updates
- Training material updates
- Application ticket solving and feedback to end users
- Assist in executing implementations
- Report progress status to IT Lead
- At least 1 year of experience within IT-projects
- Experience in testing (creation-execution of test scripts), knowledge of HP Quality Center
- Good communication skills – Language proficiencies: English spoken and written / Dutch is strongly preferred
- Flexible and capable of working with minimal direction
