Our client is seeking a highly experienced and polished Executive Assistant to the Director General for a 12-month fixed-term contract, available to start immediately.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, diplomatic communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

Missions

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Director General, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Organize international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, briefing notes, and correspondence in English and French.
  • Act as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, and international events.
  • Take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects and contribute to the efficient operation of the Director General's office.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Profil du candidat

  • Experience supporting a C-suite executive, Director General, CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leader within an international environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with senior executives and international partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Outstanding written and spoken English is essential (professional/native-level proficiency).
  • Fluent French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Additional languages would be considered an asset.
