As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and source top talent through various recruitment methods.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability.
• Ensure a high standard of service delivery to both clients and candidates.

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English and French OR Dutch.
